Beltless HBBS; 3x3-140kg. Need a lot more reps to nails technique again, RPE is so hard to judge right now. Could be 6, could be 9, rep dependent.
I find with High bar, it’s so much easier to loose the bar path from mid foot, changing the RPE from a 5 - 9 in an instant.
Fair.
Practice probably doesn’t make perfect but hopefully makes it better?
It might be better without the heels; not sure yet.
