Here is my 2nd cycle so far
Exercise:
Incline DB Press
DB Squats(Alternating w/ SLDL)
BOR
Leg Curl(Alternating with Leg Ext.)
SLDL(Alternating w/ DB Squats)
Leg Ext.(Alternating with Leg Curls)
Crunches
ArnoldPress
Skull Crushers
Incline Hammers
L Delt Raise
Calf Raises
EZBar Shrugs
Reverse E-Z Bar Curl
Decline DB Flys
I have one small question tho, my rep scheme for light weights (L Delt Raise, Incline Hammers, etc.) is allowing it to undulate loads AND zigzag.
For example,
Incline Hammers:
15RM Block - 20 :: 20 :: 25 :: 25 :: 30 :: 30
10RM Block - 25 :: 25 :: 30 :: 30 :: 35 :: 35
As you can see, even when I undulate loads, it still zig zags(which i truly depise ;x ).
In some other exercises I repeat loads at up to 4 workouts!!
Example:
Bent Over Rows:
15RM Block - 85 :: 85 :: 95 :: 95 :: 105 :: 105
10RM Block - 105 :: 105 :: 115 :: 115 :: 125 :: 125
I just want to make sure if these rep schemes is OK to have, so any replies appreciated
 
Zig-zag is not necessarily a bad thing. But bottom line, do what ever you feel most comfortable with. You can repeat weights more often if it would make you feel better.
