This is my second go around with HST and going by my first cycle of set max's and using the calculator and setting my max for my second HST program I'm finding it hard to accomplish my task. I only increased the weight by 10 lbs. for each exersize. I'm thinking for the most part I should have stayed with the same formula as I used for my first HST routine. Has anyone had the same problem?
