How long does it take for you guys to finish a tub of whey powder? I just bought a around 10 lbs of protein and I finished it in under a month! I usually take around 4-5 servings a day is this too much? One serving is around 24g protein according to the label, and I require around 158g protein (based on 1g/lb of body weight), and I find this impossible to achieve with just real food. By the way, should I be basing my protein requirment with ideal body weight or my present body weight? Or should it be according to my target body weight?
