How would you adapt WSB if you wanted to train daily?
Training westside style, daily would be extremely difficult, and would require a reduction in overall intensity and volume.
a lot of natural lifters reduce the frequency of the training rather than increase it
Here's what I've been thinking:
Max Effort Lower
Repetition Method Lower
Max Effort Upper
Dynamic Effort Lower
Repetition Method Upper
Dynamic Effort Upper
Lather, rinse, repeat.
