adding weight

When do i have to add more weight? the end of the cycle? or what?

Also it said if your let say 10 rep max is 100 you have to do like

60, 60, 70, 70, 80, 80, 90, 90, 100, 100 or something like dat what does dat mean i don understand!

OK, lets use the following example:
Your 15 rep max is 70, 10 rep max is 100, 5 rep max is 130

Here are two examples: ( add 5%)
----------15-------|-----------10---------|-----------5----------------|
45,50,55,60,65,70|75,80,85,90,95,100|105,110,115,120,125,130|

Lets say you only have 10 lb plates (add 5% every other WO )
----------15-------|------------10---------|-----------5----------------|
50,50,60,60,70,70|80,80,90,90,100,100|110,110,120,120,130,130|

When you start your next cycle start with 50 and it will look someting like this
----------15-------|------------10---------|-----------5----------------|
50,60,60,70,70,80|80,90,90,100,100,110|110,120,120,130,130,140|

How does dat look :)
 
lol dat just made me more confused, lol no offense! can anyone try to explain it in words but not techniqal. lol im stupid

Do you understand you have to find your 15 , 10 and 5 rep max weights?

Lets use the following example:
Your 15 rep max is 70, 10 rep max is 100, 5 rep max is 130

Using the chart below you start your 2 weeks of 15's on Monday.
On Monday you would lift 45 lbs

-----15 reps-------|--------10 reps ------|-------5 reps--------------|
45,50,55,60,65,70|75,80,85,90,95,100|105,110,115,120,125,130|
-------------------weight you lift-------------------------------------

The next lifting day (Wed) you would lift 50, then on Friday 55
the next Monday lift 60, Wed lift 65 and Friday your last day of 15's
lift your max 70.

Now on the next Monday you start your 2 weeks of 10 reps
On Monday lift 75, Wed 80, Fri 85, Mon 90, Wed 95, Fri 100.

Now on the next Monday you start your 2 weeks of 5 reps
On Monday lift 105, ................................................ Then your
last day of 5's you will lift your max of 130.

Is this a little more clear ?
