I am currently in my 3rd week of a single factor 5 x 5 program and wondering if anyone could suggest how to go about adding in some aerobic work. Ive heard that interval training complements it best? I am unsure however of how much to do and when to do it, i dont want to lessen my mass gains. Cheers, Tom

HIT may not be the best thing to add to the program, especially if you are not used to it. Building up a work capacity then going to hit may be better.

For the SF program, I'd avoid HIIT unless you're already accustomed to HIIT. Even then, I'd keep it at once a week and drop the Wednesday squat. On dual-factor, sprinting would fit nicely during the intensity phase.

A sprinting session can easily take over a squatting session though, so if you really want to sprint, then drop squatting from a workout and go for it.
