Hi every one I'm a newb.
HST is facinating and since I look like a lot of broom sticks stuck together with rubber bands, with a pot belly even though I've been training in various ways since I was a teen, I though't I'd give it a go.

Anyhoo, the question. When you get to the end of your 15s say. If your 15RM is more than you lowest weight calculated for your 10s, do you simply adjust your 10s so lowest ten is higher that 15RM (presumably in keeping with progressive load)? Or is it best not to do this?

There are some who work with linear increments, IE PLotting their 5RM and then decresing linearly to find their start weight.

The main point is you want as large as possible difference from your start weight and your end weight, so whether you have some zig zag or not probably won't make a difference.
