Animal Pak

The FAQ they included is questionable. They are taking the more is better route which is not always good, even for "elite" athletes. The product (if it meets label claims) includes some reported performance enhancing herbs and such, and it does have some amino acids and EFA's in it as well. Overall, it is probably better than a regular vitamin/mineral pill, but the question is do you need more than a regular vitamin/mineral pill?

I tried it, with their M Stak, didn't do squat. I tried it for two months and didn't see any effect at all. But it might work for you who knows I could have missed doing something.

Dan:
I have never heard of anyone having success using Animal Paks, so your experience is probably good advice.
