Animal Pak

    Hi there-
    Im having some doubts with the way of consuming this product since the intructions are poor.
    It says: take one packet 30 minutes after the meal prior to your workout. I take my breakfast and as it says i take my pack then wait for 2 hours and start my workout. Is this right?
    Another one, im taking my whey protein shake. Is it to many proteins and stuff? Should i start taking these pills intead of the protein or both at the same time?

    If you want my honest opinion, I would tell you to just flush the animal packs down the toilet. You would then at least get to see them make neat little swirls as they go down the hole. :) They will make absolutely no difference in your physique. Sorry to tell you, but you got duped. Invest instead in a multi-vitamin. You don't need to spend a whole lot of money.

    In regards to your second question, you need to always take in sufficient protein, wether it be by solid food or supplements. No pill could ever substitute for a shake.
