any example of 6 times routine a week ?

Hi guys ,

i´m wondering if you write your 6 days a week routine , i´m just finished my 3 days a week cycle and I´d like train more days .

So , any routine A-B-A-B-A-B will be appreciated .

Im talking about :

Routine A : M - W - F : upper body

Routine B : T - Th - S : down body

In fact in a week you will train a-b-a-b-a-b.

Do you have a routine example for this ?

IMO, a push/pull split is easiest to remember. Here's an example:

Push
Squats
Calf raises
Incline bench or dips (alternating is good)
Tris (I prefer overhead tri extensions)

Pull
SLDLs
Pullups or lat pulldowns
Rows
Curls
