J Jake New Member Apr 21, 2005 #5 IMO, a push/pull split is easiest to remember. Here's an example: Push Squats Calf raises Incline bench or dips (alternating is good) Tris (I prefer overhead tri extensions) Pull SLDLs Pullups or lat pulldowns Rows Curls
