  1. I put this up before. I was just curious again though. I'm wondering after you've damaged the muscles (workout) they have to rebuild themselves, and this is obviously an energy costly process. Do the muscle cells have a way of relaying their energy demands to the brain which in turn increases your appetite and makes you eat more which provides those muscle cells with energy? My appetite becomes insane beacuse of weight training, and I'm wondering if it's from a process such as the one i hypothesized. Thanks
