Arm Growth

Hey guys

When i first started training my arms went up to 44 cm in a matter of months, now as ive trained a year and my biceps have gone to 41,5 and i weight the same 95 kgs. What am i doing wrong? ive been cutting some fat off but i mean more than a year training should have me increased the arm not decreased.

Cutting = no muscle growth after beginning phase. If you're cutting a substantial amount of weight, and cutting right, you probably lost mostly fat.
