So this past weekend, my roommate (who's finishing up his first hst cycle like me too) and I went to the Arnold Expo here in Columbus, OH. It was awesome! Arnold and his bodyguards walked 2 feet from us, after we realized what was going on and lifted our jaws off of the ground, he was already gone -- i should stuck my hand out!
I tried more protein supplements than i ever thought I could stomach, it was great. Talked and hit on some fitness babes (they declined to come party at ohio state for the night though), and talked to Frank Sepe about his being on Howard Stern. Saw Lou Ferrigno... wow what a massive man! The bench press competition and body builders was great too! Oh also saw Dave Draper, but he was busy.
ANYWAY, there were so many booths and cool stuff, maybe next year or in years to come, Brian can setup some HST stuff there. The expo is enormous, and if he gave out some samples and showed some of his science (in brief slides or whatever), it might do us well!
Just a thought, the expo was really great, and was good for the city as well.
