Atrophy, Lagging Lat

I've been back training for about 6 or 7 months and was off for around 18 months, due to an old shoulder injury from doing heavy upright rows 15 or so years ago..

Being out for 18 months caused some severe atrophy to the left side of my body due to not using it.. as I said.. i've managed to catch everything up but it seems my left lat is lagging in both size and strength.. I've been doing DB rows, seated one arms rows but for some reason, this particular area hasn't seemed to progress as much as my Shoulder, Bi, Tri's and chest..

Any recommendations on how to isolate the left lat and possibly speed up the process of it catching up..

I'm guessing I'm the first person in the history of this board to post regarding a lagging lat
