I just bought some Glucosamine ( 500mg ), some omega 3 ( 40% / 20% 1000mg ) .
On the box it says to take both supp with a meal, 3x a day.
What i do is take it with my protein shake around 8pm or before i go to bed , i take 1 multi vit , 3 glucosamine caps ( 3x 500mg ) and 2 Omega 3 caps.
Is this ok ?
What do you recommend ?
Does it make any difference anyways ?
