Anyone have any information/anecdotal evidence on BMR and weight loss stall? I'm 290 lbs, LBM of 188(built like a powerlifter). All the BMR calculations establish my BMR around 2,500 kcal, yet I'm eating several hundred calories under most days. I was wondering if there is a stall point at which fat loss will not occur? I'm doing HST 3 times/week plus some cardio.
