Bryan, since this is your forum I was wondering if you had any specific suggestions as to food intake (calorie and protein). Every other program I've done has maintained that you should take in around 1g protein per 1lb of body weight per day. Do you have another belief?? Also how do you calculate how much food to eat per day with your program I didn't see any info listed. I'm 5'9 178 and usually eat about 3000 cals per day on a gaining cycle.
