How's your diet looking these days?
for what it's worth, there is nothing magical about Bryan's, Blade's, Boris's or the Dalai Lama's diet.
... yes i realize. but does it hurt to ask?
is it not beneficial to know how the more advanced trainers plan their diets?
is diet not the most important part of GAINING?
For what it's worth if we all ask around about who uses WHAT exercises, why should diet be any different?
HE! stop that! nothing against the dalai lama!!
and yes, his diets is special, he just eats happy thoughts!
but anyway, your diet has to fit YOUR bodys needs...bryans one will react different
So, it's ok to know and inquire about other people's training... but NOT diet?
Is it not assumed that every body will react different to BOTH?
Is it not advantageous to KNOW? it's atleast a starting point?
