Calories when broken bone

I broke my nose (which sucks because I had to stop my first HST cycle after 5 weeks and now have to lay off lifting for 2 weeks). If I want to maintain my weight while I wait to recover, how many calories should I consume in comparison to the 2,000 calories I would normally need to consume if my bones were intact? In other words, how much more calorie consumption is needed to heal my broken nose? Is it a significant amount or not really?

Thanks

Dwayne

Largely insignificant.

Maybe take in more dairy for the calcium; there's a few studies showing you absorb the calcium in dairy better than the calcium in tablets etc. But other than that, nothing much should need to change.
