Cambered Bench Dips

    I doubt that I'm the first to think of it, but as far as I know I am...
    Put the benches around 4' apart, load a cambered bar up and sit down with it in your lap above your gear.
    Place the hands behind you and slip off the bench, then work your feet up onto the other bench and do the dips as usual, nice and deep.
    The bar sits nicely over the hip bones and weights down the movement as high as you like. I was using 135 today x 10's.

    I've tried stacking plates on the lap, but the weight is too far forward, and they slide around too much. Dumbells are suicidal for obvious reasons, or out front, they pinch the legs.
