Hi,

Me and my friend just finished our 2 week 15 rep cycle...

for the 10 rep 2 weeks, do we begin with the same weights as in the 15 rep cycle but just ad 5 - 10 pounds or do we need to continue with the weights that we used at 15 rep max and raise it still every workout??

You and your friend should have found your maxes for each RM block before you started. Once those are found you increment backwards for each block to find your workout weights for workout.

For example your 10 RM is 100 lbs
your 6 workouts for the 10 RM would look like, if you use 5 lb increments.

75-80-85-90-95-100

Now if your 15 RM was 85 you would have some zig zag in the progression, example

60-65-70-75-80-85

But this is OK as long as your trend is consistently upward.

Thanks, we kind'o know our max for 15 - 10 and 5 reps

my doubts were more indeed if we needed to continue from the 15 max rep to build up to the 10 max rep with lower increments or follow just the same rules as with the 15 rep cycle...
