Carbs mostly from milk and fruit

If you get most of your carbs from milk and fruit, as well as dextrose around your workout, will it make a difference?

Reason i'm asking is b/c i've read on here before that milk and fruit mostly goes to fill liver stores, and not muscle glycogen. Just wondering what will happen if anything?

Thanks alot
Lance

Milk carbs are all lactose yeh? So I'm not sure that it's possible for them to go the muscle.

Fruits tend to be fructose, and from memory those are processed by the liver.

not all sugar from milk is lactose, and not all sugars from fruit are fructose.

and lactose is still 50% glucose

Just the guy i was looking for Aaron, is it true that muscle glycogen stores mostly matter about the total carbs/calories daily?

This is bulking, slightly paleo influenced except for the dairy and pre/post workout nutrition.

if you are wanting to restore as quickly as possible, then type and IG matter, but I wouldnt worry about it as long as you are not training 2x daily... just get adequate carbs, monitor performance and go from there.

Thanks Aaron, exactly what i wanted to know.

I can wait on filling the glycogen, the weekends off do that quite well. :D
