carbs per meal

hello,
is there a rule which define the optimal carbs quantity in one meal?
if you have to take 350 g of carbs per day what is the best breakdown?

There is no best, it is up to your goals, but a lot of people use a 40-30-30 rule of thumb. 40%Carb-30%Fat-30%Protein.

I personally like my carbs a little lower so I use a 30-30-40 rule for the most part. Most of the carbs I eat are low glycemic, except rice and Juices(apple and orange).
