Cardio and SD

Am I thinking about too much cardio?

Tomorrow I start last week of 5s.

I start SD Monday week.  I was reading the FAQ and it appears that a brisk walk type cardio is fine during SD.

My plan is to cardio each day during SD on Treadmill brisk walk on incline 3-5 degrees for appx. 1 hour.

I've been doing cardio for 1 hour Tue/Thur/Sat currently on this cycle.

Until I started Cardio I was a bundle of nervous energy on my off weight workout days.  Also, I had some difficulty sleeping.

I realize the best SD is just to sit under a tree and have someone wait on you hand and foot, while you do absolutely nothing.

1 hour seems like it would be eating at some muscle to me. But who knows. If you were to do any cardio at all, i think i would do it in the morning before you eat. And that would still be a brisk walk for not to long because i wouldn't want any conditioning effects. But if you don't really care, i would think it's fine. Just remember what Dkm said about the conditioning of muscles in his FAQ post and your set.
I can be wrong, so whoever has corrections then :D
