Just finished my first 8 week cycle. Usually I work out on Mon/Wed/Fri, and do cardio (running for 20-25 min) on Tue/Thu/Sat. I was wondering if it would be advisable to drop cardio during SD as well, or can I continue doing it without adverse effect on my strategic deconditioning? Or even do it every day since I'm not burning calories with weights anymore? (I am trying to cut)
