Chest Injury

I just came off a good 2 week sd, now that im in my first week of 10's, im noticing my left pec is hurtin. Not usually when im working it out, but rather when im not, it feels almost like a tightness in it, i can feel it when i stretch too. Its almost like a deep soreness thats only in 1 perticular area of my chest... any ideas what it could be?
 
sounds like DOMS to me, either that or you slightly tore your pec
