I currently take 4 fish oil caplets per day. I was thinking about switching to 3 fish oil, one cod liver oil during the fall and winter. I am usually below the RDA for vitamin D, and without sun exposure in those months, it may be a good idea ... right?!?
Cod Liver Oil contains a lot of contaminants. I believe the CL oil is loaded in Vitamin E, not D. Please correct me if I am wrong. I would look into pharmaceutical grade fish oil.
