How many calories over your daily expenditure (or generally. BMR) is most effective for muscle gain while staving off extra fat gain?
 
i believe this should be adequately answered in the FAQ section?

if not, a google search for "lyle mcdonald" should probably find hundreds of articles and posts by him. he had some good ones at cyberpump.com(now a paysite), and i believe some similar articles are on Think muscle website
