I've haven't used creatine in several years, but I'm going to start up again.
I remember there being a lot of myth about it's uses. The HST FAQ clears alot of them up (caffine, cycling) but I also remember something about you having to mix it with a non-citrus fruit juice (like apple or grape juice). Is this still true?
I'd rather mix it with orange juice if it's all the same. Any reason why O.J. would be a bad idea?
