has anyone ever tried their creatine, does it really work.
for those of you who don't know, i came across it at www.creatine.com . i live in the netherlands, and the fitness magazine over here are loaded with ads on this. please advise.
on a side note: my ckd is going well, i will post my results soon.

NO!

Go to t-mag.com and do a search on liquid creatine & they will give you an earfull.

popular opinion is it is a bunch of B.S.

Doesn't Biotest sell a form of liquid creatine?

Creatine, as far as I know, is not stable in liquid for very long. I would recommend sticking to micronized creatine.IMO

Biotest doesn't sell it. And apparently everyone who claims to sell it, is just selling creatinine dissolved in water.

I looked it up. Biotest use to sell a liquid creatine supp called Ribose C (creatine and ribose in a solution which contained water).
