I've lifted for a while but never tried creatine before, just because I didn't think it was worth it, but the research cited here has convinced me. In your experience, is there any particular kind of creatine, or brand, that is especially effective? Or, conversely, a brand that left you disappointed?
From what I understand, most creatine is created equal, but I've heard that micronized is better absorbed with less indigestion, et cetera et cetera.
Anyone have any recommendations? Anyone use HSN's brand?
