creatine

I normally mix 10 grams of creatine with 35 grams dextrose and 20 mg sodium. Sodium helps creatine uptake, the dextrose causes insulin release which shuttles creatine to muscle cells, and I keep it that simple, usually.

I have just mixed creatine in warm water with a pinch of salt too. Depends on the time of day and whether or not the dextrose will be used to replenish glycogen or likely be stored as fat.
