On my last 2 cycles I kept volume the same (2 sets) for each of the 15s 10s and 5s. This time I want to use the 1(15), 2(10),3(5) progressive volume strategy. Will I have to eat less during the 15s than on the other cycles and more than on the other cycles during the 5s (to account for the varying number of sets)? Or should I simply vary the amount of cardio from moderate to none at all?
