Just wondering if you HST experts out there reduce your calories during SD to accomodate for the lack of activity. Do you focus on cardio, limit your caloric intake, or rest and keep eating like a madman?
yes usually not an issue at low intensity anything that has no big impact on legs, arms etc. Usually when I do cardio at low intensity while on a 8 wk cycle I do feel it especially in my legs so I just stay away. I guess a good walk is OK.
