Diet during SD

I am only assuming that you would slightly decrease your caloric intake during the SD time frame. But this is an assumption.

What are you guys doing to your diet during SD? Anything? Still taking the protein shakes even though you are not training?

Any info would be appreciated.

I don't know if this is still relevant to you or not but here's what I do...

If I'm bulking, I don't concern myself with changing my diet for SD. I basically ignore calories while bulking so I have no intent to start tracking them just for a week. I'm quite sure that I put on some fat for a week or so but I know I can lose it later. If I SD while cutting, I up my calories to maintenance.
 
If I've been bulking, just stopping taking pre and post workout shakes is usually enough of a calorie reduction for me during a 9 day SD. Sometimes I don't even stop the shakes, particularly if I've been finding it hard to add weight over the cycle through not getting enough cals. Not very scientific but it works for me. Like ZKD said, if I haven't been tracking cals during a bulk I am not inclined to worry about them for SD.
