Diet gets messed up frequently

Hi well when it comes to weekends or when I dc my diet just goes out the window.

When I'm in a cycle I eat.

1, beans on toast, 2 eggs, banana and a protein shake.
gym
2, 2 tuna sandwiches, protein shake.
3, 1 potatoe and beans plus plate of pasta.
4, family meal, chips,pizza,chicken etc not all at once just whatever it made really lol
5, 2 tuna sandwich, nuts, plate of pasta plus protein shake

I stated my diet just incase you wanna comment onit.

Anyway I was ill 2 weeks ago and now my sleeping patturn is messed up. So for one week I just didnt eat properly at all then for some reason the week after I didn't bother eating again. I was put off because when I was ill I was really ill. Now I'm deconditioning for 2 weeks and so far i'm struggling to sleep properly which s affecting my diet. Today I'm gonna do my best to stay awake and eat and try to sleep and a proper time tonight.

Dose anyone else go off track with there diet alot.
