Dieting, studying for finals, etc.

I may or may not have mentioned this before passively, but for diets, exams, and other stressful situations, strength may be impaired. Additionally, one is often pressed near to their max mentally during exams.

I've found that taking huperzine has helped me fight strength loss while "dieting", as well as improve the rate of memorization and increase ease of memory retention. It also helps strength loss during the use of uncouplers. For me, that is. My girlfriend also has experienced the same effects regarding memorization.

It's pretty cheap. 12 dollars or so at GNC.

Just a suggestion.
 
This isn't supposed to be a dig, but wouldn't it be wiser to take that time off from dieting, in order to be at peak mental condition?
 
Gotcha.

I've wondered how E/C seemed to help me rally my strength while cutting. It'd be interesting to see if they both work by similar mechanisms.
