jvroig Active Member Aug 22, 2006 #3 Yep, as a rule, when it is mentioned just plain old bodyweight or total weight or BW or whatever, that's your weight on the scale. When they indicate LBM (lean body mass) or FFM (fat-free mass), then obviously you subtract your bf%. Regards, -JV
