Drink your water....

Actually, going to pee frequently can potentially speed the process up a bit, you aren't only diluting your electrolytes out from too much water but you are peeing them off too, making it even worse. The end result of doing it and peeing is about the same as heatstroke.

It takes a lot of water to do it though.
 
Yep, when I was in the military almost 20 yrs ago this guy had to be evacuated out of the jungle in honduras to a field clinic due to water intofixication...and it was 110 degrees outside.  The dildos in charge set up a water station and were forcing us to drink tons of water because a couple of guys had passed out due to dehydration.
