I have read mixed reviews and inconclusive data from the various research avenues. Has anyone tried I am going to take HMB, Creatine, Methoxy and Ecdysterone all at once as part of a PCT to hopefully keep a greater percentage of gains.
 
I think ecdysterone pops up once every decade or so, trying to hit the market before people yet again discover its a scam.
I think it is anabolic in insects and is said to be an old strength and muscle secret from russia. Which probably is just something made up out of thin air.
