Egg Protein powder...

I bought some egg white based protein powder for a change.
The label says for every 100 gram serving 76 grams is protein-nil fat-5 grams carbs. This doesn't seem right. What is the rest of the weight made up of? The calories all add up. The only other ingredients are fructose/sucralose and flavouring.

Does anyone know the percentage of protein per hundred grams of pure egg white powder? I thought it was atleast 90%
