Elbow and Knee wraps

I recently purchased elbow and knee wraps. The elbow ones have velcro and the knee ones don't. Can anyone help me use them properly. Im looking for a description or a link.

Please refrain from any posts telling me I wasted my money buying them or that the wraps are useless and better off not using them.

I don't have links to post but I wear the elbow wrap myself, the velcro is used to tigthen up the area at the top of your forearm, I uise it because of tennis elbow, and I think that is what it is mainly used for.

The knee ones, albeit not all, usually have a hole for the knee patella (the bony part of the knee), so you would use it with the bone sticking out but there are plenty varieties out there, you simply put them on evr the knee area.
