endurance athlete/ diet

which diet would you guys prescribe for an endurance athlete & why?

looking to keep muscle mass the same.

1st meal
2 eggwhites, apple
1.5hrs later training

afterwards 2 scoops endurox 15g protein/50g carbs

3rd meal 10-15g protein meat, veggie (bell pepper), 1 cup almonds

4th meal same

2nd training session, same amount afterwards

last meal couple of shrimp, bell pepper.

you may need to actually eat something, there is nothing in these meals. IF you are doing any decent cycling/endurance work you will need to eat substantially more than this.
While carbs are not essential to endrance exercise (once fat adapted) they make training in general a site easier.

I don't know how you can subsist on this diet with two-a-day cycle workouts. That is about 1200-1500 calories a day (estimate). You need to really increase those calories. You will go into OT mode in no time with this.
