Evening guys,


Starting my new routine, and now focussing on my diet.

Heres what I will have eaten today once the days out


I'm interested in how my protein, carbs and fat % looks?

Any ideas on increasing cal to hit the 3150 target?

i could multiply weight by x20 giving 3500kcals but I guess this is more of a mass bulk rather than lean?

I think that's a pretty good balance of macros (~30P:30F:40C). There are a hundred different ways you can divide up your cals but that should keep you feeling energetic. Personally, I'd try to add some fresh fruit and veggies for a good supply of micros (ie. vits. and mins.).

Why not add some more milk to bump your cals up a bit? I use semi-skim (1.7% fat) milk which is around 250 kCals per pint, so you'd only need to add just over a pint to your daily cal intake. Pre and post w/o protein shakes would be a good idea too.
