Hey, I've put on a bit too much fat, or rather I had put on too much over the last year or so, and even though I've lost some from HST switch, I'm looking to get really cut up for summer in 4-5months. Probably at around 18-22% BF right now, and looking to get down to the 12% range.
I've done the math, planned out the cycle dates etc and been doing reading on the type of routine, weights and all.
I'm wondering if it's healthy/unhealthy/or just fine to be in caloric deficit for an extended period (rather than trying to cut up heaps in a short period of time)...obv. there's days when I'm going to break into surplus, prob. even a week or two somewhere in the next 16-20wks.........but just curious if it's ok - hormones, immune system, mental state etc.
