I'm new here @ thinkmuscle and I have decided to give a HST a try. I have tweaked it pretty much so maybe it's not HST anymore . Just wanted you experienced fellas to give some feedback on my program. I was thinking of a 3-1-3 setup and alternating the movements as much as I can:
