first cycle over, now what?

Hey guys, just joined the forum.

i've completed my first 6 week cycle, doing 15 reps per exercise for first 2 weeks, 10 after that, and then 5's.

Should i take a week off, or start again on 15's straight away?

does this cycle just repeat forever, and i simply keep adding more weight? Should i recalculate my 1 rep max's, or guess based on previous workouts?

Keep going with your fives and try to up the weight as long as you're still seeing gains. Stop when the gains stop, retest your max weights, plan you next cycle, and then SD.
