Hey guys, just joined the forum.
i've completed my first 6 week cycle, doing 15 reps per exercise for first 2 weeks, 10 after that, and then 5's.
Should i take a week off, or start again on 15's straight away?
does this cycle just repeat forever, and i simply keep adding more weight? Should i recalculate my 1 rep max's, or guess based on previous workouts?
