First HST Cycle

set's (15's, 10's, 5's)

Squat (1 2 3)
Leg Curl (1 1  2)
Inc Bench (1  2  3)
Lat Row (1  2  3)
Sh Press (1  2  3)
Lat Pulls  (1  2  3)
Fly (1  1  2)
Shrug  (1  1  2)
Lat Sh Raise (1  1  2)
Bi Curls   (1  1  2)
Tri Ext   (1  1  2)

i have read all the faq's and many of the post on these boards and this is what i have come up with for my first routine. how does it look? (sets, lift, and order) any suggestions?

techdraw...what's different on you routine?

i think i may alt squats and leg ext (save the back).

also, do you think that i should alt sh press and lat raises? or should i just not do one or the other?
