Hi all, I guess this is kinda a two part question:
1) First, where do you guys purchase your fish oil supplements? I'd like to know that I'm getting a good quality (filtered, no mercury, etc) but at the same time can't sell for any more arms and legs... I'm in the US, so can any of you recommend a good brand name sup and web site to purchase?
2) Do any of you take herbal sups? It seems it was more of a 90s rage thing, but I did enjoy the boost I got from Ginseng. I'd like to start getting off caffeine if possible or at least start looking at alternatives for energy. Sleep will be my main focus (duh) but I'm interested in sups as well...
